Welcome to Kip McGrath in the West Midlands. Our region comprises an area stretching from Worcester in the south up to Lancaster in the north and includes the major conurbations of Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool as well as many other thriving towns and cities.
What’s it like to be a Franchisee in the North West & West Midlands?
The north is renowned for the friendly nature of its people and this is reflected in the close knit network of Franchisees.
We share a common passion for helping children to be the best they can be and a strong belief that Kip McGrath provides the perfect model to help us to achieve our personal and professional goals.
Our Franchisees come from a variety of teaching backgrounds including former head teachers, faculty leaders and teachers of all ages from both state and independent sectors.
What support can a new Franchisee expect?
As regional Master Franchisees it is our role to ensure that you have all the support and guidance you need to run a successful Education Centre. We have 2 of our own centres in Greater Manchester and we aim to help new Franchisees from the moment they finish initial training and throughout their time in the Kip McGrath business. This can include advice on finding premises in a suitable location, organising an advertising campaign or taking on your first employee. Franchisees can contact us by phone or email at any time but we also have ongoing opportunities to meet in person. We visit all Franchisees at least once a year (though for new Franchisees we anticipate at least three visits in the first year) and organise other training and networking events.
Support is also offered by the regional network itself and as well as the ongoing, informal contact made between Franchisees we arrange regional and area meetings to bring centre owners together to share ideas. And, of course, we have the Annual National Conference – an opportunity to socialise with Franchisees from the all over the UK and Ireland.
