We, Tom and Nicola, are the Franchise Support Managers for South-West England. We operate two successful centres in Bath in the heart of the West Country.

What’s it like to be a Franchisee in the South West 

Our Franchisees encompass a range of locations across South-West England: rural settings, market towns as well as city-based centres. We also represent a variety of teaching backgrounds: former head-teachers, faculty leaders, secondary, primary, state, independent as well as those who have spent time teaching abroad – offering a wealth of expertise to draw on. The common factor is that we all left our jobs but we didn’t leave teaching! We all share the common goal of wanting to help children achieve their potential.

Support that a new Franchisee can expect

As we are conveniently located in the centre of our region, we are able to offer you support throughout the process: from finding suitable locations for your centre, organising an advertising campaign or taking on your first employee. We are available via email, on the phone or we can simply come to you in person. We visit all Franchisees at least once a year (though for new Franchisees we anticipate at least three visits in the first year), we host training and networking events three times a year as well as making the most of a weekend for our Annual National Conference – an opportunity to socialise with Franchisees from the all over the UK and Ireland.
