Every Kip McGrath Centre is run by a Franchisee with backing and support from the Kip McGrath Company. Kip McGrath Franchisees have all been teachers who wanted to start a business of their own, but who enjoy the framework and input from a much larger organisation.
Every Franchisee is given full training in using our teaching materials, running the business- and becoming successful at it. We want you to prosper, so we don't limit our training to the educational side, but include such aspects as advertising, bookkeeping, selection and employment of staff.
Kam and Ambika Pindoria, Master Franchisees for the London and Eastern region have been in the Kip McGrath tutoring business since 1995 when they opened their first Kip McGrath centre in Barkingside, Essex. This was the first sold franchise in the London area and since then, the successful teaching couple have assisted in the opening and franchise training of over 86 Kip McGrath centres in the UK. They are both well qualified and experienced British teachers and hold substantial commercial experience. Ambika's career profile includes corporate training and management accounting. Kam specialises in commercial property and financial management.
Their outstanding business acumen as a couple resulted in them running one of the most successful Franchises within the organisation in the UK. This was recognised by the Franchisor and they were appointed Master Franchisees for London and Eastern England in 1999. They have been awarded by the Franchisor for outstanding achievements.
All Franchisees can access and depend on a high level of business support, training and expertise provided by an excellent team of individuals, led by Kam and Ambika at the regional head office in South Woodford.
