What is it like to be a Franchisee in the East Midlands?
Running a franchise is the East Midlands is a fairly straightforward proposition. It allows you as a teacher to do what you do best – teach! No more playground duty, staff meetings, paperwork and hassle! It allows you to use your teaching skills to actually make a difference in the lives of the students you teach whilst allowing you to make a good living and above all enjoy what you do! As Nick, one of our Franchisees from the Nottingham West centre says ‘I never knew teaching could be so much fun!’.
What support could I expect as part of the East Midlands Franchisee Network?
All of our Franchisees receive a high level of support from the East Midlands Master Head Office and from the UK Head Office in Gloucester. This includes support not only with setting up your centre, finding premises, initial advertising etc, but also on-going assistance as your business grows and develops, and we’re also there to help when the time comes to sell your business!
Support can range from practical IT issues to help with lesson planning! All centres receive regular centre visits, where the Master Franchisee and the Franchisee can meet together and discuss all issues relating to running the business, including reviewing personal goals to ensure that there continues to be a high level of personal satisfaction in running the centre. Regular Regional meetings are also held and additional training courses offered, and of course there is a National Conference held every year where new initiatives are launched and Franchisees are given the opportunity to network with others around the country.
