I'm a GTCS-registered teacher with two decades+ of experience within Scottish secondary education. My approach has always been centered around the individual learner: I believe that young people achieve their best when they feel supported, understood and appropriately challenged. Building positive relationships with pupils and families has been a fundamental part of my work throughout my career.
